Location - England - Purfleet

Length - Permanent - 24/7 Shift Pattern

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000


-- Experience at managerial or supervisory level within an automated environment.

-- Have worked in high standard of health and safety environments in the UK previously.

-- Currently leading a team of at least 5 direct reports.

-- Have covered all elements of maintenance and have a strong understanding of multiple different Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

-- Ideally come from a background of fast paced/ high volume production environments (Pharmaceuticals/FMCG/Packaging/Food/ Automotive Manufacturing) - NOT: Utilities (Gas/Electricity/Water)

-- Commercial experience with both Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance

-- Strong understanding using material handling equipment within an automated warehouse - Ideally Belt Conveyors (Also: Roller Beds/ Cranes/ Shuttles/ Elevators)

-- Be able to work in a 24/7 operation environment

-- Commercial experience working with Reactive maintenance & planning Preventative Maintenance (MUST be both)

-- Qualification or Certified experience in Engineering (HNC Engineering / equivalent relevant Degree coupled with relevant applied learning Engineering Technician Apprenticeship / Electrical and/or mechanical skills preferably gained in an FMCG background to at least NVQ 3)

-- Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.
