Location: Golborne (WA3)

Salary: £20,000 - £21,500

Start Date: Monday 21st September (informal relaxed interviews being held this week wc 14/09)

Job Type: Temp to Perm (expected 4 week temp period)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

**Once fully trained may be asked to go on internal shift rotation to work from home a couple of days per week to reduce the number of people in the office at one time**

PLEASE NOTE: This role will not suit somebody at the start of their career looking to gain experience or somebody who is studying. The ideal person will have experience and be looking to remain in a purchase ledger role for many years without progression aspirations.

  • Inputting of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger system
  • Matching invoices to purchase order numbers
  • Scanning invoices
  • Deal with queries both internally & externally
  • Carry out supplier statement reconciliation, liaising with supplier to resolve issues
  • Assist with setting up supplier payment runs

Experience and Key attributes
  • Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger role
  • Must be able to work accurately under pressure
  • Ability to manage own workload to deadlines
  • Team player with an excellent attitude
