We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Manager to join our client, a leading IT Software & Services provider, this is great opportunity that will manage the customer support team of contractual support services.

Your role as Customer Support Manager will manage a small team of Analyst's, you will also be responsible for Service Definition, Service Delivery & Customer Excellence!

We are really interested in speaking to people who have strong team management and excellent customer relationship management experience within a Service Desk environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous experience managing a team within a support desk environment along with experience working to ITIL processes.
