Responsibilities will include:
Build and execute marketing and social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Ensure alignment of marketing activities fit the Global Business Strategy.
Manage the CRM process to foster effective customer relationships.
Coordinate attendance at tradeshows, conferences, and other relevant industry events.
Organisation and host customer visits to site.
Conduct market research in order to understand market/customers and competitive landscape.
Work with Stakeholders to identify new revenue sources to achieve increased revenue growth.
Website management and development in line with Marketing Strategy.
Support design, updates and distribution of new marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, newsletters, working with external agencies as required.
Write editorials and press releases in support of Marketing Strategy and brand development.
Manage internal communications such as company Intranet.
Manage social media platforms in line with Marketing Strategy, whilst capturing and analysing social media data/metrics, insights and best practices.
To be considered for this position, Candidates must have the following background and skills:
Educated to Degree level within a Marketing related subject.
Experience of B2B product marketing, ideally withing niche manufacturing market.
Previous experience of working in an SME and growing company, within a varied role.
Exceptional communication skills are essential, able to build strong relationships across the business and with external suppliers.
Strong IT skills which should include MS Office, CRM, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML coding.
Digital marketing skills within experience of all social medial channels.
You will be creative, a real self-starter, and comfortable working within a highly collaborative entrepreneurial environment
