We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration and Marketingsectors. We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join one of the largest (in their field) auction companies, based in Dartford, Kent.

This role is very exciting and would certainly suit someone that is experienced (preferably qualified) in History or has a very keen interest in History.

Marketing Administrator's Core Duties

* Assisting with newsletters, blogs, eshots / mailshots and social media campaigns etc (good writing skills required)

* Maintain auction catalogues

* Carryout photography of auction items

* Carryout Market Research

* Assist with identifying new advertising campaigns, hard & soft copy

* Carry out copywriting and proof reading for press releases, submissions and marketing literature etc.

* Maintain and update database of current and potential customers

* General office administration duties

* Assist at Auction shows

* Move boxes of items used at auctioned

* Upload photos and auction information using Photoshop

Marketing Administrator's Key Experience

* Excellent writing skills

* A keen interest in History

* Preferably a History qualification

* Good IT skills

* Experience taking photos desirable

* Experience using Photoshop would be desirable

* Experience taking photos desirable

* Able to lift and move fairly heavy boxes

* Excellent communication skills
