An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Therapist to join the Occupational Therapy team in East Ayrshire working within the East Community Addictions Team. We are looking for an innovative and flexible Occupational Therapist, with experience of working across mental health and addiction services. You should be able to evidence competent skills in the assessment & treatment of mental health conditions and demonstrate advanced clinically reasoning to develop treatment plans which meet service user outcomes. A working knowledge of the impact of health inequalities, to address the complex health needs of this client group should be evident. You will have an understanding of the current agendas influencing services and be able to evidence continuous professional development. Occupational Therapy is an integral service of Ayrshire & Arran addiction services who constantly strive to achieve the healthiest life possible for people within Ayrshire & Arran. A Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration are essential requirements.
