An exciting 21 month secondment opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to lead and manage change and improvement programmes in Fifeâ€™s Health and Social Care Partnership. The Divisional General Manager is seeking applications from individuals with experience managing and developing services, who are passionate about integration and improving outcomes for the people of Fife. You will require experience at a senior level in health and/or social care with a proven track record of managing community services including Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Social Care. You should be passionate about quality; person centered care and have a good understanding of the local community and resources. You will report to the Divisional General Manager and be part of an integrated team. The post will provide the opportunity to ensure continued improvement in the benefits of integrated services for Fife's residents through ensuring that services are delivered in a timely fashion at home or as close to home as possible.
