Digital Directorate - (Maryfield House) Senior Project Manager â€" CHI & Child Health Replacement Project - Band 7 â€" 2 Year Fixed Term/Secondment £39,300 - £46,006 per annum pro rata The National CHI & Child Health Transformation Programme is an important part of NHS Scotland’s Digital Strategy and will deliver key results in support of the Scottish Government’s 2020 Vision, National Digital Strategy, NHS Quality Strategy, Children’s Improvement Collaborative and Getting it Right for Every Child. This programme will see the introduction of first-class technology that enables the health care system to transform services to improve outcomes for Scotland’s population. NHS Tayside Digital Directorate houses multi-disciplinary professionals providing a range of IM&T services to NHS Tayside and NHS Scotland. Digital Transformation will be key to meeting the changing role of the NHS. The Digital Directorate is looking for a Project Manager to take forward the local delivery of this new technology, with associated benefits realisation. We are seeking an individual who is experienced in Project Management and service change to support the organisation through the implementation of the new, National CHI and Child Health systems. Candidates should have experience of Child Health systems/services/pathways, managing projects, stakeholder engagement, service change and be an excellent communicator. The successful candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas: Child Health Systems Community Health Index (CHI) and related systems/interfaces Project Management Customer Relations Communications Business Continuity This role requires someone with a natural instinct to adapt and react to the versatile needs of the business. This role will include but is not restricted to these responsibilities.
