We are currently recruiting for a Care Assistant to work in one of our Adult Residential and Nursing Units based in Lyndhurst.

-Minimum of 6 months experience as a care assistant or similar
-Experience of working in a health care environment or similar
Reporting to the Team Lead or Unit Manager. You will be required to provide an exceptional level of support and care for adults and assisting with care where necessary. You will also be ensuing their well being encouraging independence, dignity and positivity to those in your care.
You should have good communication skills, a caring nature, and be able to build rapport with residents and their families. You should also be able to work well in a team, and be able to deliver an exceptional level of care safely and in a compliant manner.
