My Client, based in Bristol are recruiting for a Team Manager to lead and motivate approximately 20 Administrators, who focus on the ongoing servicing of life and pension business.
You will be responsible for the management and development of the team and will use your technical knowledge to lead from the front, ensuring a unified approach to meet SLA's.
Reporting directly to the Head of and being part of a cohesive management team, you will ideally come from a Pensions or Platform background. Your strong management skills and technical know how will enable you to quickly engage and support the team.
You will be passionate for driving change and have experience of process improvement and data reporting.
