We currently have job opportunities at a Special Educational Needs provision in Maidenhead. The provision was set up to provide 121 intervention and support to children with Autism. The provision are looking for staff who are happy to work with pupils on a 121 basis and in a classroom setting. The role will be to deliver the pupils intervention programmes and recording progress is key areas of development and reporting this to therapists.
Successful applicants don't necessarily need experience working in a specialist provision but an understanding of Autism from studies or professional/personal experience is essential. Previous successful applicants had the following backgrounds:

The provision offers a full in house training programme to allow staff to progress in the field of education and provide sufficient support to all pupils. Your training will be over seen by a highly experienced supervisor who is on hand to guide you from day one.
The vacancies are full time with an immediate start. However if you need to work a notice period the provision can accommodate.
