We're looking for a senior research executive to join a busy public sector research agency.
The client:They are an award-winning full service qual/quant market research consultancy delivering innovative, tailored and targeted insight. They've won an AMSO Research Effectiveness Award for work for London Underground, a British Market Research Award for customer consultation for Transco, and the OR Society's prestigious President's Award for innovative use of research for customer research carried out for Yorkshire Water.
They work across a variety of sectors - these range from utilities and transport to healthcare, travel & tourism and financial services. They do a mix of qual and quant research and their work is mostly ad-hoc, projects covering branding and advertising, communications, customer Satisfaction, NPD and Regulatory Research. They're not super traditional, the team try to keep their research creative and innovative - they enjoy exploring and pushing the boundaries of research techniques which produce results.
The role:The senior research executive will be joining a close-knit research team. As they're a team of 30 people or so you'll get a lot of exposure to a vareity projects and responsibilities, including taking the brief from clients, designing the research, managing client relationships, running analysis and creative and delivering insight-led presentations. The projects span across quant and qual methodologies with a focus on ad hoc projects.
Skills:2-3 years plus market research agency experience
Experience in quantitative research or experience in both quant and qual
Experience presenting insights to clients
Sector experience in the public sector, finance, energy, transport, regulatory sector is really beneficial
The team are all currently working remotely, in October they will be opening up the office and teams may be required in the office on a part time basis.
