Eden Mill are looking for a Digital Marketing & eCommerce manager with strong experience in planning and activating programmatic advertising campaigns to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join Eden Mill as our first programmatic specialist and to build the framework for how we approach programmatic advertising going forward as part of our in-house team of digital specialists.

Digital marketing is an essential function within Eden Mill responsible for driving online sales and growing our brand. We believe that intelligent brand marketing forms a positive consumer environment that catalyses DR conversion. In this role, you will take full ownership of all programmatic advertising activity across Brand and Direct Response (DR) eCommerce activity.

Over the past year, we have migrated most of our programmatic spend with support from an agency and this role will lead the next phase of this journey.

Job purpose: To add to a great digital presence for our brand and to help our online Sales team deliver powerful revenue results

Hours of Work - Full Time: 40 hours per week

Financial Accountabilities: Directly control budget: £250-500k per year total

Staff responsibilities: Managing at least 1 team member

Knowledge & Qualifications
  • Degree or experience in marketing
  • Leadership experience

Skills & Abilities
  • Email marketing
  • Managing a CRM (e.g. salesforce)
  • Management of successful online marketing campaigns
  • Magento Or Shopify platforms

  • Programmatic Strategy - Balancing both performance and brand objectives
  • Media Activation - Buying media to reach selected audiences in the right environment, at the right time with the right message
  • Campaign Delivery - Setting up, optimising, and reporting of programmatic campaign
  • Audience Activation - Designing audience segments
  • Audience Strategy - Developing long-term audience strategy alongside internal teams and agencies
  • Creative Strategy - Working with partners and internal teams to align audience strategy with dynamic creative strategy; providing personalised messages
  • Measurement - Ensuring, via analytics, that we have a best-in-market approach to measurement
  • Ad Operations - Streamlining operational processes; minimising external agency use
  • Industry Knowledge - Experience in staying current with industry changes and developments
  • Managing a team - Ensuring tasks are allocated efficiently; growing and developing team members
