We're helping our client find an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a dedicated and close knit technical support team.
There are no glass ceilings here and your attitude will determine your altitude...in other words, if you're the type who rolls up their sleeves and regularly goes way beyond the call of duty to resolve customer issues, help team mates... or even stop traffic to help old ladies cross the road...then this is the place for you!
Of course, as a 3rd Line Engineer, we expect you to be technically strong - in particular we want you to have at least 5 years exposure to Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, virtualisation, Hyper-V, Citrix, SAN/Storage, RDS, Firewalls, networking, security and Powershell.
If there are some gaps in your knowledge, but you have the right attitude and an innate desire to surpass customer expectations, we believe gaps can be filled, so they might not be an issue.
