ETC Hospitality is a leading provider of outsourced accounting services to the Hospitality Industry and is currently seeking to recruit two Payroll Specialists, predominantly working from home, but must be within commuting distance of London for meeting clients when required. Job Purpose
To working closely with external clients to process multiple payrolls, of varying frequencies. Key responsibilities and accountabilities: -
- Process payroll as per client requirements, including new starters, leavers and end of year process's.
- Maintain Payroll records
- Ensure processes and procedures follow current regulations
- Respond and resolve queries from client employees & management relating to payroll
- Liaison with HMRC
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in the Hospitality Payroll environment and will have:
- Previous experience of Fourth and SAGE 50 Payroll Systems
- Ability to work under own initiative whilst still a key member of the team
- Solid IT Skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Team player
