Hidden Hearing is the only private hearing care company in the UK with a work-based education programme approved by the Health and Care Professions Council, that provides eligibility for Trainee Hearing Aid Dispensers to achieve professional registration.
'The Award in Hearing Aid Dispensing Competence' is delivered primarily from our dedicated residential training facility in Buxton, Derbyshire.
As an Audiology Trainer, you'll put your broad theoretical and practical experience to great use as you prepare and deliver training content and materials via personal and small group coaching sessions, supporting our Trainees throughout their education programme.
You'll examine and assess the knowledge and practical competence of our Trainees, supervise aspects of the existing programme, deliver ad hoc training and assessment sessions to the wider business and attend meetings and other events as part of the Central Training Support Team.
As an Audiology Trainer / Education Specialist, you will receive a salary of £50,000 to £60,000, dependent on experience, and will benefit from a generous bonus scheme. Other benefits include:

What will I need to be considered for this Audiology Trainer / Education Specialistvacancy?
·A strong theoretical knowledge base and practical experience as an Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
·Excellent communication and presentation skills
·Full UK driving licence
Although not essential, proven experience in the delivery of audiological education or training and training supervisory experience would be an advantage for this role.
You will be employed on a permanent contract, working full-time Monday to Friday. Flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.
