Role Responsibilities

· Delivery of Bulletproof's DPO service to a wide variety of customers

· Providing email, telephone and webchat support to customers on GDPR issues and queries

· Maintaining regular contact with DPO customers

· Introducing customers to the Bulletproof GDPR portal and supporting them in its use

· Preparing GDPR status reports for customers

· Conducting GDPR gap analysis

· Supporting clients with data breaches and data subject access requests

· Supporting other consultants with the preparation of GDPR related policies and procedures

· Reviewing client GDPR documentation

· Keeping careful logs of client interactions

· Providing clients with regular updates on the latest privacy related news

· Contribute to the development and improvement of the Bulletproof GDPR portal

Essential Skills

· 1-2 years' experience in a privacy related field involving GDPR

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good telephone manner


· GDPR Practitioner, IAPP CIPP qualification, law degree with focus on privacy and GDPR

Personal Skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

· Methodical with strong attention to detail

· Ability to work well as part of a team

· Can do approach

· Ability to stay calm under pressure

· Passionate about data privacy topics
