A new opening has become available for a long-term, 12-month contract/freelance opportunity for an experienced Training/L&D Manager to join this Global, renowned Biopharmaceutical company.
You will be joining the Global Patient Safety function, responsible for coordinating training documents, creating e-learning programmes, as well as supporting managers with curriculum assessments.
The position will suit an experienced Learning & Development consultant with solid experience in learning management systems, such as Captivate or Articulate. COMPANY BACKGROUND:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Chance to join this Global Pharma on an initial contract basis, paying a competitive daily rate. The position will be based at their Cambridgeshire site (currently remote until further notice).
- Create E-Learning programmes.
- Coordinate learning documents.
- Coordinate projects in learning management systems.
- Support managers with curriculum assessments.
Searching for someone who has proven background in learning and development, preferably within the Pharmaceutical sector - although this is not essential. SKILLS DESIRED:
- Strong background in L&D.
- Experienced using learning management systems (LMS).
- Strong experience creating e-learning, with hands-on experience on designing the training within e-learning software.
- Knowledge of curricular structures.
Location - Cambridgeshire (remote currently).
Length - 12-months with potential extension.
