Paid Media Lead
£60,000 + Package

I'm delighted to be working on this truly unique digital transformation project with one of the UKs largest, well respected and successful consumer brands.
This is an exciting time for the business and team members, with some of the top digital talent already in place - they now have plans to double the size of their digital function, and then some.
Now looking for an experience Paid Media Manager to join. You will be responsible for all paid media channels including PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social & Display, delivering a successful acquisition strategy.
· Create & deliver the paid media/ digital acquisition strategy.
· Ensuring paid media channels are performing and competitive, fully optimised and is delivering a good ROI.
· Day to day management of the appointed digital media agency, ensuring that what is delivered remains commercial, innovative and successful.
· Work alongside the wider digital team including SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Social Media to ensure end to end customer experience and total audience reach.
· Multi million budget management
What I am looking for:
· Demonstrable experience managing Paid Media channels noted (client side or agency), and delivered ROI. Ideally 5+ years experience.
· Experience with A/B and multivariate testing and optimising landing pages and user funnels.
· Knowledge of Ad Tech landscape.
· Whilst this is a strategic lead role, you need to be comfortable being hands on with no job being too small.
· Confident, approachable and positive.
· Ability to work in an extremely fast paced working environment, managing multiple brands/ briefs at any one time.
