Our client is a Global Leader in Flavours and Fragrance and are looking for a Sensory & Consumer Insights Manager EMEA for one of their key flavour categories.

The Role

- Propose and manage consumer and sensory research activities to support strategic projects

- Manage and supervise sensory tests and consumer research activities (qual and quant)

- Accountable for delivering consumer and product insights through value adding sensory & consumer methodologies for snacks.

- Facilitate exchange between Technical, Category Management & Marketing through product performances to ensure consistent communication input to improve products.

- Project management & SCI resource allocation against internal and external requirements and resource

- Continuous development of current best practices, research methodologies and development of creative solutions to complex challenges

Maintain ethical behaviour with customers and all third parties.

The Candidate

- University degree in Sensory/Consumer Science, Psychology or related fields

- 5+ years as a minimum

- Good notions in Sensory Research & Consumer Research

- Statistical knowledge

- Strong presentation skills

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely

- Ability to use own initiative, as well as be part of a team
