We are looking for a dynamic CRM Implementation Specialist that will help our client to establish their loyalty program as well as reorganizing in the most efficient way their data.
This role is base din Dubai.
Joining date: Immediately
Salary level: 3000 pounds/month TAX-free
- Working closely with the Development team to manage client expectations and deliver a smooth CRM implementation.
- Support the CRM Implementation team with related duties and assist in service, product, and productivity improvement initiatives as needed.
- Assessing facility workflows and needs to guarantee the highest implementation quality as measured by compliance and client satisfaction.
- Create, develop, and execute customer base direct marketing campaigns aligned to the wider marketing strategy and plans. Delivered via the marketing automation platform. Support the local entities in local CRM campaign planning and creation.
- Develop and execute online multichannel CRM strategies, through the deployment of email, SMS, push notifications and other channels marketing campaigns
- Responsible for the design of online CRM journeys including welcome, activation, second-purchase, reactivation campaigns
- Maintaining database and making sure that segments are up to date before deploying any campaign
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on campaigns and potential issues/roadblock (if any)
- Deployed products on an international stage, learned from your mistakes.
- Ability to work on an international team to solve problems in a dynamic, energizing environment.
