Your role as Customer Experience Consultant will be part of the glue that connects our customers to Civica Engagement Solutions, ensuring our customer community is successful and fully supported in line with the CES philosophy, and have a brilliant experience every step of the way.
You will provide support to customers via telephone, email, and online, verifying and understanding their request; answering queries and offering solutions, e.g. to help our customers with the 'how to', 'where do I find', and 'is there a better way to'.
The position will involve variety from supporting product development to attending events.
