Application Support Manager / Team Leader - Law Firm Leeds

I'm partnering with a very successful law firm based in the centre of Leeds. Due to an internal promotion and the organic growth of the IT department, we are now looking to recruit an Application Support Manager or Application Support Team Leader.
This is going to be a hands on role from a technical perspective, and you shall also be responsible for the management of two other IT support team members. You shall take full ownership of the IT Helpdesk supporting around 250 users in total.
We are looking for a candidate with previous managerial or team leading experience, ideally within the legal sector.
You'll provide support mainly across the applications estate, but also covering PC hardware, printers and telephony equipment. Any previous experience supporting case management software would be a distinct advantage.
From a technical perspective, exposure to any of the following would be useful: SSRS, SSIS, .NET, ITIL, Office 365 and AWS. My client is looking at some major projects in the foreseeable future, such as an office 365 migration and becoming fully cloud enabled.
