Location: Newcastle Under-Lyme (plus occasional attendance at off-site meetings as required, usually across the Midlands).
Contract: Interim role available to start immediately
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 X days per week)
Reporting To: Head of Retail

Salary: £19,344

About Midlands Air Ambulance Charity (MAAC)
Established in 1991, Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has successfully operated the region's pre-hospital helicopter-led emergency medical services, for nearly 30 years. Working across six counties - the West Midlands, Staffordshire, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, and Gloucestershire - we provide our lifesaving service for a growing population of 6 million. Every year we need to raise over £9 million to deliver a 365-day operation, which is entirely funded by the general public and local business within the region.

About the role
We are seeking an outstanding candidate to join an ambitious and forward-thinking charity to lead on the management of our Newcastle Under Lyme Shop. The Shop Manager is responsible for all aspects of the charity shop, including staff, volunteers, customer service, stock management, financial records, administration, compliance with current legislation. Promoting the work of the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

The Manager will work to budgeted sales targets and will be expected to control shop expenditure.

About you
Demonstrating emotional intelligence, it is essential that you are a strong team player and can inspire and motivate those around you.

You will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate, as well as bringing excellent communication skills with the confidence to support internal and external stakeholders.

You will have experience of retail management and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
