We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader / Lecturer in our Electrical department based at our new purpose built Construction Campus on Wirral Waters. As a Team Leader / Lecturer, the successful candidate will be aligned to a Curriculum Manager whilst working under the College Campus Manager. As a Team Leader / Lecturer, you will take ownership and monitor progression of all full-time study programmes across Electrical whilst delivering elements of electrical courses ranging between level one and level three. As a member of the electrical team, you will demonstrate flexibility and be capable of adapting to change maximising direct links with employers enhancing employment opportunities for our students whilst working in conjunction with the Team Leader for Electrical Apprenticeships. The priority will be to instil quality and set high standards and expectations for all students by implementing new initiatives and continually self-evaluating performance aimed at attaining outstanding success across the Electrical department.
To be successful in this role we are looking for an experienced Lecturer who can evidence their previous success in education which can support our existing team to be outstanding. The candidate will work within strict deadlines and take ownership of their performance, in addition the candidate will also have experience of preparing and presenting to Awarding Bodies and preparing for both internal and external audits.
The successful candidate will hold relevant teaching and industry qualifications to deliver and assess at Levels 1, 2,and 3.
