This is a Primary Teaching Assistant role supporting a Year 2 class at a fantastic and supportive primary school in Camden commencing September 2020.

As a Year 2 Primary Teaching Assistant you will be providing support to all pupils and focusing on ensuring the Year 2 Teacher's plans are understood by the whole class and that all pupils are engaged in lessons.
Experience of working in KS1 and Year 2 is highly desired, along with an understanding of phonics and running Maths and English intervention groups. The class teacher and the school are looking for someone who is confident, outgoing and able to use their own initiative throughout the school day. An enthusiastic and engaging approach will support your success in this role. School based references from the last two years will be required. The hours are from 8:15am until 3:30pm on a long term basis for the full academic year.
