£9.07 per hour increasing to £9.80 after 12 completed weeks
Part Time 24 hours per week
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays - 09.00am to 17.00pm

Our client is seeking an Admin Assistant (Finance Team), to join the Dorset Council, based in County Hall, Dorchester.
This role is working within the Councils finance team. Tasks to include, processing of payments, allocating monies to customers' accounts, clearing down accounts.
Processing of cash and cheque payments.
Admin support which will include:
Processing Invoices with accuracy
Making and answering calls
General Admin tasks - Data Entry, filing etc.
Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
Evidence of previous experience in a similar role must be shown within CV.
Good working Knowledge of IT Systems - Windows based applications
Excellent communication skills - Via telephone, email and word processing
Ability to prioritise workload and pay attention to detail
Team work is essential with this role as you will be talking to people from all levels
Candidates must hold:
Valid Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
2 years previous employment reference history
