Page Personnel are working on an exciting new opportunity for an Bookkeeper to join a SME company based in Liverpool. This is a family run business with working environment.

The duties of the Bookkeeper are:
  • Reporting into the Finance Manager to enable smooth functioning of costing process
  • Validating invoices with proof of deliveries, purchase order and quotations
  • Checking VAT's are completed in sufficient time
  • Generating reports for stock, sales, aged debt etc.
  • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of monthly end
  • Maintaining company's purchase ledger on accounts system.
  • Record all transactions and post debits (costs) and credits (income)
  • Using SAGE line 50 accountancy to record and input data


The Bookkeeper MUST have the below skills:
  • Excellent at using Sage Line 50 (essential)
  • Desired motor trade experience would be an advantage
  • A team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to follow instruction and work to tight deadlines
  • Good written and oral skills
  • Computer literate including Excel
  • Able to multi-task
