We are looking for a new team member to join our Client Success team in Europe; ensuring client retention and growth through the efficient set up and management of client programs.

You will be the day to day contact post-sales, responsible for the successful implementation of programs, client care, and customer satisfaction as well as pre-sales support if required You will be responsible for your set of accounts and lead client engagement as well as the project management tasks across internal delivery teams. You will be highly accomplished in all aspects of digital marketing with a sound knowledge of data driven insight and demand generation in b2b marketing.

As well as marketing knowledge the successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, experience of campaign management, and the ability to work with clients at all levels.

Job Responsibilities
  • Account Management and Client Success
    • Defining and providing personally the right level of support to allocated large clients across Europe ensuring renewal of the agreements in line with detailed KPI achievement
  • Implementation of communication cadence process for each client
  • Understanding organizational structure, decision makers and users and grow network within client base
  • Consulting in best data practice and segmentation efforts
  • Conducting demonstration and training sessions
  • Prepare and present results to client as per agreed cadence of communication
  • Campaign execution and project management
  • Onboarding program set up, project management and satisfactory execution of the different service lines:
  • Ensuring professional eMarketing service and reporting
  • Set up of Intent dashboards and timely delivery
  • Managing Intent targeted advertising programs (execution through our US entity)
  • Execution of data services and set up of data access, providing ongoing support and training
  • Cooperation with our analysts for content delivery (white papers, webinars)
  • Liaising with our US team for CPL digital demand generation programs - leading and completing the fulfilment to the client
  • Run and evaluate customer surveys


  • Delivery of digital client programs
    • Coordinate and execute client campaigns, leading client engagement and campaign management; Test and optimize email content, sending patterns, times etc., Assuring timely and accurate reporting on campaign results as per client SLAs

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a client support /account management role
  • Experienced in working in a busy multicultural environment
  • Understanding of data driven marketing and how to support organizations in their approach
  • Knowledge of current marketing practices and compliancy
  • Knowledge of demand generation process
  • Analytical skills - interpreting data and information
  • Success in growing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Must be comfortable discussing business value, ROI and marketing challenges
  • Experience in working with clients in the technology market is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills - project management certified
  • Excellent training, communication and presentation skills
  • Native English; an additional European language is a plus
  • Team player attitude but showing leadership
  • Holds themselves accountable for consistently exceeding results
  • Self-sufficient and a self-starter, professional, conscientious and proactive, with the ambition to integrate into a fast moving and successful organization.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level decision makers (Database Managers, Insight Managers, Marketing Managers as the key target contact audience) as well as data users
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access or equivalent and MS PowerPoint, SFDC or equivalent
  • Digital Marketing Expert with necessary skills
  • Experience with Dotmailer (preferred) or any other email platform (essential) such as Eloqua, Pardot
  • Good knowledge of HTML coding
  • Proficient in the use of Dreamweaver and/or Photoshop
  • Structured, with the ability to prioritize activity around conflicting deadlines
  • Self-starter and ability to take initiative
  • Good communicator - written and verbal - experience in presenting to C-level contacts
  • Works well under pressure


Education:
  • Marketing degree, IDM qualification, or other relevant degree
