We have an opportunity for a 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to support a lovely young Autistic child in Reception class at a Primary School in West London.

The School:

This excellent Primary School is located within lovely grounds in Hammersmith & Fulham borough in West London. With exceptional facilities and superb staff the school is a great environment to work in. The curriculum is creative and engaging allowing all the pupils to receive an excellent education with supportive arrangements to meet their individual needs and learning styles. With an outstanding supportive SENCO you will be working within a wonderful outcome driven team environment.

The Role:

This is a 1:1 role working with an Autistic child in Year 1. The role involves learning support and emotional and social guidance. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a SEND Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse. Experience supporting children with Autism is highly desirable as is experience with PECS and MAKATON programs. This is a full time long term role starting in September and Interviews will be conducted as soon as possible.
