Students will work on real cars in our onsite workshops from learning how to assess and repair transmission, chassis and electrical systems, as well as look into engine technology, fitting and removing body panels and electrical and trim components - You will teach and inspire students to develop employability skills ready to enter an evolving and demanding industry.
You will play a significant role in the design, development and delivery of programmes and act as an industry expert to ensure students are achieving and succeeding in their chosen course.

- Expert industry knowledge and experience
- A teaching qualification or be willing to work towards this
- Assessor/Verifier Awards or be willing to work towards
- A Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification and have proven experience in the Motor Vehicle industry
- Be able to teach creatively, adapting to the needs of a variety of students and be willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies
- Teaching/training experience in the relevant subject area and up-to-date knowledge of this
- Commitment to students and students' success
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
