Science Teacher Required - Essex coast

Main Pain Scale or Upper Pay Scale

Full-time permanent contract

Start date: ASAP

Our client is an Ofsted-graded "Good" secondary school on the Essex coast. They are looking for an ambitious Science teacher to join them as soon as possible.

The school is on a large split site and takes students from a number of local villages and towns. The school has cemented itself as a first choice for local parents largely due to the supportive environment it provides as well as the excellent level of achievement it demands.

The school is comprehensive in nature and seeks to be inclusive for every child. The curriculum supports a rigorous approach to catch up post-covid and also generally has a large structure in place to support students who have joined from primary and are behind in their learning. They seek to build an environment of positive aspiration and rapid progress. They teach all the way to sixth form and regularly support UCAS applications to Russel Group universities.

If you are energetic, enthusiastic and eager to get started then we want to hear from you! This role is ideal for newly or recently qualified teachers as well as more experienced teachers alike. We are looking for someone who can:

Demonstrate a track record of delivering high standards

Show creativity and imagination in the classroom

Make a positive contribution across school life.

In return the school can offer:

·Structured support

·A balanced developmental program which allows you the chance to go and visit partner schools to share and learn best practice

·Unrivalled pedagogical technology

·An approach in which distractions are minimized and teachers are encouraged to focus on planning and delivering great learning consistently.
If this sounds like a role you would like to get your CV in the frame for, we welcome a prompt application!
