Level 3 Teaching Assistants - Ringwood

A specialised school situated in Ringwood is looking for TA's who want to work on a 'bank' or Permanent basis! The school caters for children from KS1-KS5 across a School and College which are run separately but on the same site!
The children have a mix of abilities but all have Autism and other complex needs. Some will be verbal, others requiring support with routines, PECS and Signalong.
The school is on a large outdoor site and promote outdoor activities regardless of the weather!
You will be required to be available at least 2 days a week, ready for early morning booking and happy to work 8.45am to 4.45pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist students with their physical, emotional and academic needs.
Enabling learners to access the curriculum.
Support the pastoral needs of the learners.
Be an active part in setting the learning environment.
Supporting learners on a 1:1 base and part of a small group in a range of activities throughout the day.
