The Head Teacher and Governors of a primary school in Chorley are looking to appoint a passionate Early Years Teacher to join their team of staff from November 2020 on a full-time, temporary basis.
The school cater for an intake of Nursery aged children, as well as Reception pupils. This vacancy is to teach the full class of Reception pupils, whilst working closely alongside the Nursery teacher and support staff to deliver a broad and balanced Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and inclusive learning experience.
Both NQTs and fully qualified teachers are welcome to apply; however, experience in EYFS is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate good knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and will bring with them a creative, engaging, and purposeful approach which will ensure progress is achieved through an enjoyment and enthusiasm for learning.
The school has been consistently graded 'GOOD' by Ofsted, for its maintenance of a good quality education, good progress achieved by pupils and the continuous improvements demonstrated in the Early Years and Key Stage 1.
