School Site Supervisor, Chorley
Randstad Education are currently recruiting for a School Site Supervisor vacancy for a secondary school setting based near Leyland and Chorley. This is full time temporary position to start ASAP. Site Supervisor roles work various shift patterns and will usually be within the hours of 6am-6pm, with some roles being a split shift. There can also be requirements to support after hours for school lettings until 9-10pm.
Responsibilities will include;
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects on occasion.
Notify management of needs for repairs.
Opening up and closing school.
Compliance checks within school and compiling reports.
Make adjustments and minor repairs where possible.
Stock and maintain supply rooms.
Follow all health and safety regulations.You should already have school site supervisor experience and have the relevant and up to date health and safety training (COSHH, ladder safety etc.) You will be supporting the school with a variety of tasks and will need to be confident when dealing with students, staff and visitors within school.
