An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, dynamic and proactive work-based learning professional to lead the Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' apprenticeship team at Abingdon and Witney College. We are very proud of our tremendous successes to date, but we also know that there is always more to do. We are looking for the right person to help to lead the team on to the next stage of its development.

You will lead the apprenticeship delivery team effectively, ensuring that we deliver the very highest possible standards of teaching, learning and assessment, exceeding the needs of apprentices and employers alike. You will take the lead on compliance with apprenticeship funding rules and regulations, whilst being commercially astute and making certain that our programmes are financially viable and that we are able to grow the volume of our provision in the future.

You will have a strong track record in the leadership and management of apprenticeship provision. You will be able to successfully manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, whilst being able to motivate and enthuse your team to achieve their targets. In return, we'll offer you a fun working environment, where no day is the same and where the work carried out by your team genuinely changes lives!

Closing date: 23rd September 2020 (midnight)

Interview date: TBC
