EMEA Payroller

Here at Interaction Recruitment Accountancy & Finance, we are delighted to be working with a successful and well known organisation in Bracknell who are looking for an experienced EMEA Payroller to compliment their existing team.

Role Requirements:

· End to end payroll processing for the UK and a large number of countries within EMEA

· Maintenance of Payroll and HR records

· Payroll query resolution

· Assisting with Monthly and Year End reconciliation of payroll

· Conducting manual payroll calculations

· Assisting with HR tasks including statutory reporting

Person Requirements:

· Experience of multi-country European payroll (incl UK) is essential

· At least 3+ years recent experience working within end-to-end payroll

· An understanding of the dynamics required for working within a small team

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ownership of issues until point of resolution

· Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
