Salary: c£70,000



About the role

Firstly, it is worth mentioning that this will be one of the most exciting roles in the organisation . It is a position which has been created following consistent growth and the need to build additional capacity and take a more strategic approach to the management and development of our services.

This key role will be the strategic services lead for the organisation; ensuring quality standards across our services, and capturing the impact of our services to develop our theory of change model; seeking out and establishing new service development opportunities, securing current and developing new statutory contracts. The Director of Services and New Developments will lead on influencing national policy, strategic partnership working within the sector and beyond and embedding innovation across services.



About you

You will be an experienced leader with an emphasis on leading change and organisational growth. It is essential that you bring experience of homelessness and of leading on service delivery at a strategic level, identifying and delivering new service development opportunities capturing outcomes to demonstrate the impact on wider society.

It is important that you have a good understanding of the charity sector with knowledge of government policy and of statutory regulations which impact the homeless and most vulnerable in society. You will have first class communication skills with strong emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
