A recent replatform (Magento 2) coupled with increased brand marketing activity has boosted online sales significantly and ecommerce confidence levels are running high. As a result, the company are looking for their first Ecommerce Trading Manager to curate the online store; optimising content, improving conversion rate and driving growth.
- Own and drive ecommerce sales performance in the UK and overseas.
- Oversee trading (seasonal uplift, bestsellers, stock exit, etc)
- Identify barriers to conversion and champion improvement to formats and features, thinking innovatively and analytically.
- Work alongside internal teams (creative, digital marketing, commercial, operations) to ensure the site is consistent, on brand and in line with the customers' expectation.
