We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader for Plastering within our Construction department based at Wirral Waters. As Team Leader, the successful applicant will be aligned to a Curriculum Manager and will lead a small team for plasters and technician. Your priority will be to instil quality and set high standards and expectations for all students by implementing new initiatives, plan curriculum based around direct employment opportunities, develop teaching and learning resources and continuously self-evaluating performance aimed at attaining outstanding success within the Plastering department. You will deliver Study Programmes across Level 1 and 2 and support the apprenticeship delivery at Level 2 and 3 accommodating both young and adult students.
To be successful in this role we are looking for an experienced leader who can evidence their previous success in leading a team to be outstanding, the candidate will work within strict deadlines and take ownership of performance across the Plastering department. In addition, the candidate will also have experience of preparing and presenting to Awarding Bodies and preparing for both internal and external audits
The successful candidate will hold the relevant teaching and industrial qualifications to deliver and assess at level 3. If this role interests you, please submit your application.
