I am recruiting on behalf of an average sized secondary school in Rotherham who are recruiting a number of teaching assistants to support students re-entering school after the lockdown. Students may be struggling to settle back into routine and an understanding of mental health and well being in young people is essential.
As a teaching assistant your responsibilities include:
Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis Promoting students' academic success and emotional wellbeing Assisting the class teacher in behaviour management Reporting any safeguarding concerns Promting the school ethos and being a positive role model for students You will need:
