FOGA is an ambitious brand that's growing at a phenomenal rate and is looking for an eCommerce manager who will be a pivotal part in delivering FOGA's vision & enhancing the subscription based business.

The Role

We are looking for an eCommerce Manager who will own the day to day running of the website & the user journey after purchase. You will collaborate with the marketing manager & founders to ensure FOGA is delivering the best online experience. Reporting directly into the founders, your role will include:
  • Website Ownership (looking to improve AOV & Conversion Rate):
  • Provide regular analytics & insights into user behaviour, looking for opportunities for conversion rate optimisation
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager on customer acquisition and retention across SEO, PPC, social media, CRM, email, affiliates etc.
  • Lead on communication with external developer team on site improvement projects
  • Merchandise the site, working closely with the operations manager to limit out of stocks
  • Work directly with wider marketing function to implement & execute seasonal & promotional activities
  • CRM Ownership (Looking to boost LTV):
  • Own the CRM management systems and customer data
  • Lead & strive for continuous improvement in automated basket abandonment, upsell & winback campaigns
  • Customer Service:
  • Oversee & build the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop & Monitor systems & processes
  • Marketplaces: manage & look for new opportunities in market places for FOGA
  • Champion Analytics within the company by setting up dashboards & regular reporting

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in ecommerce role, owning D2C strategy
  • Proven record of delivering strong growth
  • Hands on experience working on WooCommerce
  • Ability to manage 3rd parties
  • Proactive mindset, able to prioritise & deliver to deadlines
  • Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, Analytics, Tagging & CRM
  • Comfortable with basic elements of CSS/HTML - familiar with how websites work & make basic site changes.
  • Experience with subscription based service is a plus
