On offer is a position with a business where you will be given the autonomy to play a key role in manufacturing operations.
This company are part of a larger group and produce specialised manufactured components for clients across the UK. The organisation has grown from strength to strength and become a major employer in the area. They are now looking to increase their headcount with an additional Maintenance Manager to ensure production runs as smoothly as possible.
In this role you will be leading a team of 3 skilled engineers, you will be given complete autonomy to develop and enforce maintenance plans to optimise machine runtime. You will play a key role in consultation for all future capital equipment purchases and how their maintenance will effect production. This position will be hands on as well as leadership and you must be an electrically biased engineer with previous manufacturing or production experience.
