Commercial Compliance Manager
Nothing is more important to us than our customers' safety.
We know where we are with print. However, when we started Trusted PPE, we ventured into completely new territory in terms of quality, safety and compliance standards. Our team have done a great job making sure that we stay on top of all of the relevant legislation and regulations so far, but they're not specialists.
That's where you come in.
This is a brand-new role for someone with the right legal and commercial knowledge to play a key role in ensuring that our current and future product ranges tick all the right boxes - whether that's against trademarks, BSI certification or ISO9001 standards. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you'll lead on Compliance for our full range in order to keep our customers (and therefore the company) safe by helping us work with suppliers who share our values, and enabling us to deliver great products to the market.
Commercial Compliance Manager Requirements:
At least 8 years' experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance role for a product-driven company;
A qualification in Quality Management, Compliance or Supply Chain Management (e.g. CIPS Level 4 Diploma)
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulations and legislation relevant to our industry, and
A high degree of commercial awareness.
Who are we?
We are CCM Group Ltd. Our journey began over 20 years ago, and we're an established family-run expert print and creative company. More recently, we've created Axis as a new Business to Customer (B2C) arm of the business. We've set ourselves some big goals, and we're looking for entrepreneurial people who can direct their creativity, passion and enthusiasm for excellence at just about anything to help us achieve them.
We've invested heavily in all areas of the business over the last 12 months to make sure we're at the forefront of our industry, and we're planning to double in size over the next 3 years. We'll do this by following our vision of "delivering the perfect experience for both our customers and employees" and by concentrating on technological innovation.
Our staff members are all committed to the values of the company and we put you and our customers first. We are motivated by your success.
We aren't most companies and our benefits reflect that - you'll have access to discounted gym membership, a great social scene, personal development time and a company pension.
