International Tax Accountant - Cambridge - 12 month FTC - Circa £55k-£65k - (Remote Working is Available for this role)

Robert Walters are hiring for an International Tax Accountant for a leading multinational company based near to Cambridge. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

It comes with a salary of circa £55k-£60k plus benefits package.

The company are able to consider applicants who would be looking to work from home; Ability to spend some time in the office would be beneficial, but candidates wanting 100% home-working will also be considered.

Working as part of a high-calibre internal tax team, the International Tax Accountant will be responsible for looking after the company's tax affairs in the UK and EMEA.

The work is largely corporate tax focused but also includes some work on transfer pricing, R&D tax, VAT and indirect tax.

There will be a good mix of tax advisory, tax project work and tax planning, alongside the tax compliance, reporting and accounting.

The company is looking for someone with good UK corporate tax experience; International corporate tax experience would be beneficial but is not strictly required.

Ideally you will hold a professional tax or accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / ICAS / CTA); However you may be qualified by experience by virtue of having worked previously in similar roles or at a tax or accounting practice.

The successful candidate will be immediately available, or on short notice, and will be happy to commit to a minimum 12 month assignment.
