SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an immediately available Accounts Assistant to join an excellent business in Kettering. Due to growth our client is looking for an experienced all round Accounts Assistant to join the team and assist the Finance Manager with the day to day running of the accounts department. This is a temporary position with a view to turning permanent.
Duties include: - Assisting with Purchase & Sales Ledger - Bank Reconciliations - Dealing with suppliers & queries - Processing credit card receipts & monthly credit card statement - Processing expenses & mileage sheets - Credit control - Ensuring debtors pay on time - Assisting with timesheets & Payroll - Undertaking tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling mail and basic bookkeeping
