We have an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Coordinator to work in our office in Woking.
We are looking for a team member with experience in coordinating care.
Candidates for this position will have;
Experience in either Home Care or Care Homes
A full driving licence and a car are essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Dedication & Commitment to display empathy and understanding
Ability to work to deadlines
NVQ/QCF 2 Health and Social Care Essential - Level 3 desirable
It is the responsibility of the Care Coordinator to;
Roster care calls
Maintain accurate records
Manage with the day-to-day running of the service.
This will involve communication with employees, clients and other health care professionals.
Other duties will include, hands-on care, client assessments, staff supervisions and assisting with the on-call phone.
This is a full-time role 09.00 am - 17.00 pm Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
