An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a hugely successful and growing organisation South of Norwich. It will involve working with a fantastic team that continues to grow and the role gives the opportunity to get involved with varied tasks day to day. The working hours are also welcomed, finishing daily at 4.30pm and 4pm on Fridays.
Processing purchase invoices received ensuring correct authorisation of expenditure Process purchase credit card transactions and reconciling to the monthly statements Reconciliation of supplier statements Produce payment files & reconciling to the outstanding invoices Other duties as necessary within the team
The successful applicant will have the following skills:
Established purchase ledger experience Highly organised An excellent team player Strong IT skills Able to communicate very well both internally and externally.
