Account Manager IT Tech Solutions Provider Berkshire

An IT & Tech Solutions business based in West Berkshire is looking to recruit an Account Manager to support the successful UK Sales team in their growth. The company has a European footprint with offices in the UK and Netherlands. If you are looking for a new role with European IT/Tech provider, then read on.

The ideal candidate will have the following Skills & Attributes; -

• 2 years' experience in a similar IT / Tech Sales Environment
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
• Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within Sales Channel
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
