Vision for Education are seeking to employ a full-time Teacher from September 2020 to work in a long-term role in Special Needs Schools and PRU's in the Manchester area. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum qualification required for this position is QTS or QTLS.
We are seeking a passionate, flexible and dedicated teacher to work on a guaranteed pay scheme basis hereby you will work in several different schools, however your income will be guaranteed. This position requires you to teach several subjects to students with a range of learning difficulties and/or Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Initially this role would be working in schools on a short-term basis, but ultimately will involve working in the same school on a long-term or permanent contract.
To be considered for securing a Guaranteed Pay Scheme, you will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have a recent experience teaching students with SEND
Have a current driving license and full access to a car
Be available 5 full days per week and be prepared to travel up to 45-60 minutes
Have a strong presence in the classroom and behaviour management strategies
